Hard Rock is the best hotel with the helpful & efficient service and personnel! I have been in Hard Rock many time and will be happy to see Hard Rock "Band Members" again! Separate thanks pool team, they are the best!!!

Dear all the friendy Pattaya Hard Rock Hotel Staff, First of all, may I take this oppertunity to thanks you all to gave me and my family such excellent experience to live in your hotel.I like the sofa in the room very much, which allow me to rest and relax on, or put my stuff on it, no need to put on the ground and occupied the desk. I think that is one of the famous room facilities. Also, the good location and excellent service was tha main reason why I choose your hotel for totally three times. Moreover, the beautiful man-made sandy beach make my daughters, even and I feel unforgettable. That's really why I must live in your hotel when I visit Pattaya.Keep going! Welldone! Wilson Chow

We have travelled a lot and visited many resorts/hotel both at work(as an airhostess)and pleasure. This hotel has now become one of our favourite! The pool area was xllnt! And band members-GREAT!! Thank You!

The location of the facility is great. The staff are friendly and full of energy, and made the vacation enjoyable. However, there are room for improvement in term of the room bedding cleanness when arrived. Overall, beside the setback the hotel service is excellent and my family enjoyed the vacation.

I think hard rock was one of the most amazing experiences that I ever had and im sure Im coming back to you.. But there was only one flaw.. Y did the bathroom have a windo opening into the room and teh bathroom not have a lock>? Overall the experience was great and im goan send all myfriends visiting pattaya to you for sure. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was very convenient and cheap to the walking district with use of a baht bus. The view from the balcony was wonderful. I truly enjoyed the stay.

Hard Rock Hotel in Pattaya was an excellent experience. It is the ONLY place I would stay in Pattaya, and I hope to see you all again.

Hard rock cafe hotel really rocks! will recommend to other people... one thing though, the hall way in in each floor is kinda dark. Over-all it was a great experience!

Nice Hotel, excellent swimming pool, great rock music & cafe, good performing band, delicious food & courteous staff. It is a great experience to be in Hard Rock Pattaya!!!

This hotel was a fun place to stay. The staff was excellent, and I would love to come back in the future. Pattaya is a blast. I was there long enough, I just know that if I come back, and the same staff is there, they will recognize me. I hope to bring some friends with me next time. Take care and Rock On! Bob
